Why is the bank recon showing all transactions instead of only the end date of the statement?

Hi marissa-muthulin,

 

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Online makes reconciling your accounts a breeze, once you've categorized and matched your transactions.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

To get started with reconciling your account, you'll select the account to be reconciled, then proceed with entering the Ending balance and Ending date.  Once you've completed these areas, you'll Start reconciling.  However, if you don't see the fields mentioned, you can Edit info on the reconciliation screen.  This option is located in the top right, and you can enter the ending date and ending balance here.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.
