Why when printing off my reports does the hard copy not print the entire page?

Hello Kirk,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. It's great to see that you're working with QuickBooks Online's printing options to ensure you have hard copies of your reports for working with your business data. I know how the report prints can make a difference in presentation, so I want to ensure that this is addressed and you can print the way you'd like.

Printing reports from QuickBooks Online is a lot like printing any other page or document from your computer: a big piece of the puzzle is how your printer settings are configured. Given that, I recommend starting with your printer settings to ensure that when you're printing, the report is fitting the page as you'd like it to in terms of zoom, layout, and overall aesthetics.

If you have a report that's shorter, you may need to adjust the zoom on your printer settings if you'd like it to take up more of the page. If the report is wide with a lot of columns and some are getting cut off, switching the print to landscape mode can make a difference.

Start with that and feel free to let me know how it goes. If what I've touched on here isn't quite what you mean, please feel free to include a picture of what you're referring to, and I'll do what I can to help!
