Hello gwenrurallynx,

It's great to have you reach out to us here again. I trust that business is going well on your end. QuickBooks is designed to simplify the way you manage your transactions and I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track with your work.

QuickBooks makes it easy to print customer statements in batches and I encourage you to check out this article here that shows you how. In case you're looking to see your customers' AR balance, I encourage you to run and filter the Transaction Detail by Account. Here's how to run the report:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in and enter Transaction Detail by Account in the search field.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Select the Rows/Columns drop-down and click the Change columns link.
  5. Put a checkmark inside the Account box to add it as a column.
  6. Click the Filter drop-down menu and select Account.
  7. From the Account drop-down field, select the A/R account.
  8. Then click Run report.

Let me know if this info helps by leaving a comment below. I'll be one message away in case you have additional questions. Otherwise, I wish you a great rest of the week!
