It's nice to see you posting your concern in the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure to share details on how Shopify works with QuickBooks Online.

 

The sales transactions that show in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account depend on the information shared by Shopify. You can manage them by selecting the Refresh or Sync Now button to manually update your account.

 

If you're still unable to see the updated data after refreshing, I'd recommend contacting Shopify's technical support since we don't have direct control of the app. They can determine the causes of the issue and help you view the updated sales entries of your Shopify data to QBO.
