Can any one help me with the setup of tax rates in NZ. Figures don't seem to feed correctly into the GST Tax summary reports?

I can share information on how to manage your taxes in QuickBooks Online.

When you turned on the Tax feature, QuickBooks automatically track your sales tax. You have the option to choose from the list of widely used tax rates available in your region. Also, you can add one if you don't see it on the list. Selecting an incorrect tax rate on the transaction can cause a discrepancy in the GST tax summary report.

To ensure that the correct rate is applied, I recommend opening the transaction and review to see if the tax rate is correct. If you have any questions about your existing tax situation, reach out to your tax expert for assistance or contact our QuickBooks Online support team. They have the tools to do screen sharing to guide you through the process. I'll show you how.

1. Login to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click the Help (?).
3. In QB Assistance, enter a brief description of your issue or concern.
4. Choose Contact Us, then Start a chat to connect with a live support agent.
