I'm here to outline how you can set up appropriate VAT accounts specific to the DATEV in QuickBooks, Maximilian.

Since DATEV is a third-party service provider, I recommend contacting their dedicated Customer Support Team directly. They have better knowledge about their product and how you can configure your QuickBooks to correspond with the DATEV setup.

In doing so, you may also consider reaching out to an accounting professional familiar with how the DATEV works. This way, you have accurate guidance on how to establish the suitable structure of the accounts in the platform.

Additionally, you can browse through these articles once you need to apply the GST/VAT rate on your sales form and tax code on your Chart of accounts:

@Maximilian-Meyer

QBO doesn't support Datev. You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data to another accounting app to integrate with Datev.
