Thank you for contacting us about reactivating your QuickBooks Online subscription, mzkhalifa2002. I'd be happy to provide the steps for getting your account up and running again.

 

To answer your question, you can definitely edit the payment method if you want to use a new one when reactivating your account. 

 

First, follow these steps on how to update it:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Click the icon Edit ✎ next to the current payment method.
    1. Select Add a new payment, then  type in the required information to be used for QuickBooks Online billing.
  3. After saving your change, the new payment method will be displayed on the Subscriptions and billing page.

 

Next, follow these steps to reactivate a canceled or inactive QBO account:

 

  1. Click Resubscribe.
  2. Select the new payment method.
  3. Click Resubscribe once again and follow the succeeding prompts to complete the process.
