You can change the language in QBO under the Account and Settings. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Click Accounts and Settings.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Go to Language and click the small Pencil icon
5. Click the drop-down and choose the language.
6. Click Save.
