Does Payments under Sales in Account and Setting on Quickbooks Philippines online available?

How do I add the functionality of Payments on Invoice to clients under Accounts and Settings.  We would like to add credit card option payments on Invoices to clients.

While the ability to take and process payments through QuickBooks could be of great convenience for businesses like yours, however, it isn't available to all regions. QuickBooks Payments is only available in the United States and Canada. 

 

You would want to consider looking for a third-party app that will enable you to add and process invoice payments on invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Thank you QuennieC.  Would PAYPAL work tho in the Philippines? I understand we have to set up Paypal Philippines business account, then add that function or link to Quickbooks Philippines?  Please correct me if I'm wrong.  We just want a functionality where our clients have the option to pay when they view their invoice generated from quickbooks Philippines online, and for us to be able to move dollars (CDN or US) payment  to our business peso account.  We are looking for the best payment method with less fees that our client will pay every invoicing time especially the recurring ones. 🙂  Please advise.  Thanks again.

I appreciate you keeping in touch with us regarding your follow-up question. Allow me to step in and provide clarification about processing online payments in QuickBooks Online.

 

The option to process online payments is unavailable in Global versions like the Philippines. You can look for a third-party payment gateway to accept credit card payments and other modes of payment.

 

Also, connections to PayPal using QuickBooks Philippines are still restricted. There's no direct way to do this using the Global version.

 

We can't suggest a specific payment option, but you can check our App Store for integrated applications. From there, you can view the services offered and details of the fees. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click Apps.
  3. Use the Search bar to find apps.
  4. Click the app to view the overview and FAQs.

You can use a free invoicing app as a workaround and use a connector to mirror the invoice data into QBO.
