The answer to your question about multiple GST is no, ramesh-mahoriove.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) can only support one GST per company or account. You can create multiple QBO account to manage the different tax number for each branch. Please visit our QuickBooks page to see our plan that suits your needs.

I've included this article to learn more about GST and how to set it up: Setting up QuickBooks for GST.

For future reference, you'll want to visit our QuickBooks Resource Center to get updates on what's new in our products and services.

Feel free to add any details below if you have further questions about GST. We're always here to help you.

@ramesh-mahoriove

One QBO account is for one company file. You can manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus. Otherwise you should open a new account.

Another option, consider switching to QB Desktop to lower your cost.
