Hello, can you help me with: 1. I can't adjust the Dashboard it's inactive. 2. My profile lacks functionality. 3. VAT number doesn't accept by QBO.

Everything is ok.

I needed to clean my cache before filling the real company information.

However, tech support can add it as a bug.
