Hi there, @userkhaled

I'm here to answer your first post about managing user access roles in QuickBooks Online.

As an insight, QuickBooks Online allows you to specify user access rights to any of your users. Since you don't want your sales agent to change the prices of services, you'll want to consider choosing a read-only access type of user for him/her.

This user type is only allowed to view the reports and lists excluding the Audit Log, Payroll reports, and contact information. While they're not allowed to view and modify an actual transaction.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Manage Users.
  2. Find the user you want to edit. Then select Edit in the Action column.
  3. In the User Type drop-down menu, choose the new user type.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter their information and click Save.

Once done, ask the user to sign out and sign in again into QuickBooks Online to see the updates.

For more details and future reference in managing user access rights in QuickBooks, read through these articles:

Feel free to get back here and ask some more. I'll be here to help.

@userkhaled

You may have an additional app to let your sales person is able to create an estimate with the listed price only.
