Hi,does anyone know how to connect Shopify to Quickbooks in terms of VAT,if some products have 0% VAT and others 23%?It only gives the 23% option when syncing. Thank you

You can connect Shopify to QuickBooks Online (QBO). It allows you to export your sales and data that include line items and taxes that are automatically sent to your QuickBooks Online account.

As per your VAT, you'll want to map the tax codes correctly in Shopify.  Also, I'd suggest reaching out to Shopify Support so they can help you check your settings and mapping so VAT codes will sync correctly.

You should explore this app to help reconcile data. You can enable the apply taxes setting for the app to recognize tax details in each Shopify transaction and record them to QuickBooks.
