In my country, all amount of sales tax to be filled or paid are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, 46.12 would become 46.00 and I am always stuck with the difference of 0.12 cents.

Good day, curacaoshop-com. Let me help share some information about rounding off sales tax amounts in QuickBooks Online.

There are times that a sales tax amount will automatically round up or down when calculated based on the amount of the invoice or sales receipt.

If there are a few more pennies collected, you can process a sales tax adjustment to make sure you keep an accurate record of these taxes.

You can select and check the Make Adjustment box when you record a sales tax payment. See the sample screenshot below:

To know more about this process, check out this article: Manage tax payments in QuickBooks Online. On the same link, you'll find steps on how to pull up and review your tax reports as well as deleting tax payments.

I'll be on the lookout for your reply if you have other questions about sales tax or anything about QuickBooks. Have a good one.
