You can create a bank deposit to record the income from miscellaneous sales. I can help you ensure that the sales recorded successfully. 

 

Let me show you how:

  1. In the left menu, click the +New icon. 
  2. Choose Bank Deposit
  3. From the Account drop-down▼menu, choose the account you want to deposit the money into.
  4. Enter the other necessary fields.
  5. Hit Save and close

 

For the Account to use, it would depend on what it is for and the type of your business industry. Thus, I recommend you to consult with your accountant to correctly track it in QuickBooks Online.
