Good day, usern-shpak.

Let me help you go over to your account and have the "Tax" function enabled.

To enjoy the tax tracking feature in QuickBooks Online, you can go to your Sales Tax settings and enable it from there. Once turned on, QuickBooks will automatically track your taxes.

Here's how to turn this on:

  1. Click Tax in the left panel and tap Set up sales tax.
  2. Set up the tax agency details such as the name of your tax agency, any official tax number that has been assigned to your company, your reporting method, how often you file your tax to your tax agency, and whether this tax is meant for sales or purchases, then select Next.
  3. Follow the steps to finish the setup and hit Done.

I'm including this article to help guide you in adding tax rates: How do I set up sales GST/VAT rates and use them on forms? (International QBO). Also, This write-up provides steps on how to group and deactivate a tax in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have further questions about this or need further help with anything in our program. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a lovely week!
