Hi there. I'm happy to guide you in linking the payment methods of your Foodics account with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To start, we have to create an account in QBO for every payment method defined in your Foodics program. This is where the payments will be deposited to and can be either Other current asset or Bank. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Then, select New.
  3. From there, choose the Account Type and the appropriate Detail type.
  4. Input the desired name and select Save and close.

After that, create one payment method for those that are defined in your Foodics account. Let me guide you on how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select All lists.
  2. Then, choose Payment Methods.
  3. Next, click New.
  4. Input the desired name and select Save and close when done.
