Hi there, @maher-alhorani.

 

Recording a sales return in QuickBooks Online can be done in just a few clicks. You've got me here to walk you through on how to do that.

 

You can take these steps below to accomplish this goal:

  1. Click on + New button.
  2. Select on the Refund receipt.
  3. Press the Customer ▼ drop-down, then select the customer you want to refund.
  4. Hit the Refund From ▼ drop-down, then choose the bank you deposited the payment for the invoice too.
  5. Add all products or services the customer returned in the Product or service column.
  6. Make sure to fill the quantity, rate, amount, tax, and other fields accordingly,.
  7. Tick on Save and close.
