Welcome to the Community space, @mrpsamudrala-gma.

Yes, I'd be glad to walk you through the steps on how to build your service with GST in QuickBooks.

In case you haven't created a tax rate for your services, you can go to the Taxes menu and add the tax rate from there. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Click Add tax.
  3. Enter the Tax name and Description.
  4. Select GST as Tax agency.
  5. fill in the necessary details.
  6. Click Save.

Once done, go to your services, so you can add the GST tax rate. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select Product and Services.
  2. Choose the service item, you've created.
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. Tap the drop-down arrow in the Tax column and choose the GST tax rate created.
  5. Click Save and close.

Once everything is set up, you can now create an invoice using the service item created. You can follow the same steps above for the other services.

Also, I'm adding these articles that will guide you in creating and customising invoice, and running reports with GST:

Please let me know or post a screenshot if you have other concerns with assigning or setting up sales tax. I'm always around to help. Have a great day!
