We can update your GSTIN in QuickBooks Online. Let me help you.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Taxes menu, and select GST from the dropdown next to Tax.
2. Click Edit GST, and select Edit settings.
3. On the Edit GST settings panel, enter your GSTIN in the field named GSTIN.
4. Tap Save at the bottom.

Once done, your new business GSTIN will be printed on invoices if it includes tax. 

Also, please note that one QuickBooks Online account is only for a single company file. If your business from UP (Uttar Pradesh) is considered a different business entity, you'll want to create or add another company file for it.
