I live in a tax free zone and the products I sell are exempt from taxes. I can't save PO in Erplain because it says I need to create tax in Quickbooks. How do I proceed?

You'll want to select Out of Scope or Exempt. If you haven't set up tax rates in QuickBooks Online, here's how:

1. In the Tax Centre, select Add Tax.
2. Select which type of tax rate you want to set up.
3. Enter the details of your tax rate. If you need help with this screen, select the help button.
4. Select Done when finished.
