I should see gstr 9 for 2018 - 2019 annual report in my software.

The gstr 9 report is not showing in our Intuit software for which I had made an email earlier.

GSTR-9 is an annual return form that needs to be filed once a year with a detailed summary of supply and taxes paid, input tax credits claimed, taxes paid, and refund claimed in the financial year. If you're unable to see it on your Reports page, you can try troubleshooting your browser to get rid of unexpected behavior.   

 

You can start by logging in to QuickBooks using a private browser and tr follow these steps on how to generate the report:   

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. In the search box,  enter GSTR and select the report named GSTR 9 report.
  3. Choose the Report period and click Generate report.
  4. QuickBooks needs to access your GSTN account to be able to fetch the GSTR 2A report and put the difference in the corresponding table of GSTR 9.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions, click Generate report. 
  6. Enter the needed details and once the report is ready, you'll see a Completed status. 
  7. Click Download to export the report.

If you're able to run the report without any unusual response, you'll want to switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also try using other browsers to get rid of these issues.

I do not see this report in my account.

 

GSTR9 REPORT NO SHOWING 2018-2019 

ONLY FOR SHOW FY2017-2018 

I HAVE NEED GSTR9 REPORT 2018-2019

                                                       2019-2020
I have also emailed a complaint for this issue but no response has been received.

I'll help you go over some troubleshooting steps to fix the report. Let's begin by accessing your account in a private browser or incognito window. This mode doesn't store cache and helps us verify if this is caused by the system or your browser-related issues.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Next, go to Run report on the left panel and open the GSTR. If you're able to see FY 2018 - 2019, then our final step is to go back to the regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache helps to troubleshoot and increases the performance of your browser.  Please make sure to close and re-open your browser afterwards.

 

On the other hand, try using a different supported browser. 

 

If you're still getting the same result, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and investigate more of the report.

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

For the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
  2. Choose Talk to a human again. 
  3. Proceed with I still need a human.
  4. Click the Contact us link.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call.
