I tried switching to beta experience and now i cannot access my all sales window. how do i acess my all sales window?

We can try refreshing the page by pressing the F5 on your keyboard. If you're still unable to access the sales window, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. You can open an incognito or private browser then log into your account. This mode won't store any history or cookies. Use the keyboard shortcut below:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

Once logged in, check to see if you can access the the sales window. If the option is available, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. It's always a good idea to clear the cache to refresh your browser's settings. 

 

On the other hand, if it still doesn't work, try opening your QuickBooks account in a different browser. Mostly, this should work in most cases. Furthermore, you might want to check out your sales form information, you can always run reports and filter them so you'll be able to get the information you need.
