I need to show in the invoice line the total amount of VAT (per line). I can see in the sample invoice template, there is a field for that (Amount Incl) but when i'm applying to my custom field, QB doesn't recognize it. Here is the screen shot of the my Word document:

Hi there, and thank you for contacting us about adding the total VAT amount on the customise form, kerkurgel.

I'm here to make sure you're able to map the fields when customizing an invoice.

You can download the entire QuickBooks Online EZ Map Fields Catalogue. With this file, you can determine what fields are supported.

If you have a custom design in .docx format (MS Word 2010+) ready, you can map it with EZ Map fields. To start fresh, use our samples.

Once done, you can import the customise invoice to QuickBooks. Check out this link for instructions and detailed steps: Learn how to import and design custom form styles for your invoices or estimates.

Don't hesitate to reply if there's anything else you need about mapping fields for the invoice. I'll be right here to guide you.
