Please, If anybody had the same problem as me and have been solved, I will appreciate any support on that matter.

Hi there, oscaradi.

Intuit is a VAT-registered entity in Europe. Therefore, we are required to collect value-added tax (VAT) on your QuickBooks Online subscription on behalf of the government.

If only I can review your QuickBooks subscription invoices, I would be able to provide a formal response regarding this matter. However, the ability to pull up your account details and billing information is done by our Customer Care Team so we can protect your personal data.

You'll want to give us a message so we can look into your account in a safe environment. One of our representatives will check your 2021 invoices and verify which Intuit office you were billed to. Please follow these steps to connect with us:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Enter "Talk to a human" in the search bar, then select Contact Support Team.
  3. Enter "Received Intuit invoices without VAT." in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact Support Team again.
  5. Select Start a chat.

On the other hand, I also adding this article to learn more about how the new UK-EU relationship regulatory changes impact the integration between QuickBooks and your financial institutions: Brexit FAQ.

Feel welcome to reach out to me with any other questions or concerns you may have. I'm looking forward to helping you out in the Community space.
