Question

My advanced settings section dissappeared, i have no clue how to access it, this is happening in one of the companies, on the others i see it as usual. any clue?

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @jorge40. I can help you show the advanced setting section in your QuickBooks account.

 

The browser's cache data becomes full of frequently-accessed pages. It can cause unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online (QBO), such as missing buttons or unresponsive features.

 

I recommend logging into your QBO account using a private browser. It allows you to use the browser without storing data in the cache.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access it:

 

  • Safari: Hold down Command Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge or Firefox: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Chrome: Press Ctrl Shift N

 

If it works, we can clear your browser's cache to delete those temporarily stored files and free some space on your browser's data. You can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers.
