Hi there,

Thank you for letting me know about the setup of your business, so I can find a feature that will be appropriate for you.

There is a feature in QuickBooks called Location tracking that we can use to record your sales per outlet. It works by tagging a transaction with the outlet/branch name, and therefore this setup lets you create financial reports for each of them. However, we're unable to have a separate list of accounts as there's only one Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks.

The steps to enable and use Location tracking is in the blue hypertext above.

You may want to consider finding a third-party app to help you manage your sales, inventory, and accounts. I'll guide you on how, but I'm unable to suggest one because every business has unique needs.

  1. Click Apps on the left-hand side and choose Find apps.
  2. Search for an app using terms related to managing businesses with branches.

On the other hand, I recommend submitting a feature request about having the option to track the three things you mentioned, especially for businesses with different branches. This way, our engineers can consider creating a feature in future updates.

  1. Click on the Gear icon,
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter a sentence or two to describe your suggestion and click Next.

On the other hand, you can check out our helpful articles if you want to see some references for QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if there's another way I can help you manage your books and transactions, so you can make the most out of QuickBooks. I'm just around to help.
