My gst return is coming negative

Having an amount that doesn't line up with what you expect can be a pain, but don't worry. QuickBooks Online has ways to help you determine where those numbers are coming from, such as sales tax reports. You to go through each one that you think may be applicable to try to find what transactions are causing this number. 

Since there are a couple of reasons this negative number could be occurring, it may be worthwhile to connect with an accountant for this issue. They're skilled and will know where to start looking to explain why your number is in the negative.
