Permítame brindarle la información necesaria para administrar sus facturas en QuickBooks Online (QBO).

En primer lugar, ¿puedo preguntarle si está intentando deducir los servicios fiscales y el IRPF en sus facturas, o desea incluir los impuestos en su factura sin deducirlos?

Si desea agregar ambos impuestos a sus facturas, puede considerar crear una tasa impositiva personalizada. Luego combínalo usando la tarifa Grupo.

Así es cómo:

1. Vaya a Impuestos y luego haga clic en Agregar impuesto.

2. Elija Tarifa de grupo y complete la información importante.

3. En Tasa impositiva, elija la tasa impositiva creada.

4. En el menú desplegable Aplicable el, seleccione Monto del impuesto.

5. Lo mismo ocurre con el segundo tipo impositivo, aplicable en adelante.

6. Una vez hecho esto, haga clic en Guardar.
7. Haga clic en + Nueva y elija Factura.
8. Complete los detalles importantes y, en la columna GST, elija la tarifa grupal que creó.

9. Haga clic en Guardar una vez terminado.

Por otro lado, si deseas deducir los impuestos en tus facturas, puedes considerar crear una partida individual.

1. Vaya al ícono de ajustes y luego haga clic en Productos y servicios.

2. Presione Nuevo y elija Servicio.

3. Ingrese el nombre de su impuesto, como Impuesto sobre servicios o Impuesto sobre la renta personal.

5. Marque Vendo este producto/servicio a mi cliente e ingrese una breve descripción si es necesario.
6. Deje el precio/tarifa de venta en blanco.

First, may I ask if you're trying to deduct the tax services and the personal income tax on your invoices, or do you want to include the taxes on your invoice without deducting them?

If you want to add both taxes on your invoices, you can consider creating a Custom tax rate. Then, combine it using the Group rate.

Here's how:

1. Go to Taxes, then click Add tax.
2. Choose Group rate and fill in important information.
3. Under the Tax rate, choose your created tax rate.
4. In the Applicable on dropdown, select Tax amount.
5. The same goes for the second Tax rate, and Applicable on.
6. Once done, click Save.
7. Click +New and choose Invoice.
8. Fill in important details, and under the GST column, choose the Group rate you created.
9. Click Save once finished.

On the other hand, if you want to deduct the taxes on your invoices, you can consider creating a line item. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Products and services.
2. Hit New and choose Service.
3. Enter the name of your tax, such as Service tax or Personal Income tax.
4. Add tax as your Category.
5. Tick the I sell this product/service to my customer and enter a brief description if needed.
6. Leave the Sales price/rate blank.
7. Once done, click Save and Close.

After creating a line item for both of your taxes, manually calculate the amount and enter it as negative in the invoice.
