Tax missing

Let's access your account via a private browser. This way, we can identify if it's browser-related or not. Let me guide you how.

Step 1: Use an incognito window:

 It's a way to check issues caused by a full cache.

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Step 2: Delete cache and temporary internet files:

If you able to get the tax on the invoice, clear cache to optimize the browser's performance. Another way is to use other compatible browsers.
