Vat Changes on recurring Invoices

You should be able to edit the existing VAT rate in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This will update all your recurring monthly invoices.

To ensure that I'm on the same page, may I know if you're getting any error messages during the process? Any additional information will be much appreciated.

In the meantime, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses. Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once signed in, try to edit the VAT rate again to double-check. Here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu at the left pane to get to the VAT center.
2. Tick the vat name and change the rate.
3. Enter the Effective date. 
4. Select Continue at the bottom, then click Edit.

If it works, go back to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
