We didn't receive our QBO GST Invoice & Renewal Reminder also & now my QB is not working, now what should I do? Please guideme

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to access your QuickBooks Online program. To start, open your QBO account using incognito mode. Sometimes the stored cache and cookies in your browser can be corrupted leading to problems when opening websites like QBO. Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If this works, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to have a clean slate. If not, I recommend using another supported browser. It could be that your current browser has a temporary issue with QuickBooks. 

 

Also, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team to investigate why you did not receive a renewal reminder. This way, they can review your account in a secure place and investigate the root cause of the issue.
