Thanks for reaching out to the Community, info-wellnesson-.

There are a lot of third-party apps that can integrate with QuickBooks Online. However, note that they have their own ways of setting up their software to QBO.

I suggest contacting Urban Piper support to check the integration settings to show the account on their end.

In addition, you may visit the Apps menu within your account to see the lists of supported third-party applications.

I do not think that is the issue with Urban Piper.

I created couple of chart of accounts with numbers attached to it, I dont even find them in the reconcile section.

They are active and setup correctly but not showing up even in quick books.

Do not know what mistake I am doing and where?

Thanks for getting back here, info-wellnesson-.

I'd like to clarify, are the sales accounts you created not up showing in both QuickBooks and Urban Piper? In the meantime, let me share some troubleshooting steps to help you out in this situation.

QuickBooks Online uses cache and cookies so the web page will load faster if you access them again. But sometimes, these cached data becomes corrupted due to various reasons. If this happens, you'll get unusual behaviors like the one you are experiencing now.

To check for any potential cache issue impacting the accounts, please access QuickBooks through an incognito/private browsing window. This mode will not save your browsing history, search history, and cookies.

Here are the keyboard shortcut:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Then, go to Accounting  > Chart of accounts and search for the sales accounts. If you see the accounts, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache data helps to troubleshoot and remove outdated files that is causing the issue. After clearing cache, please make sure to restart your browser.

Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying out the troubleshooting steps. I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Please reply to this post and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Have a great day ahead.
