Hello, Kunal.

The decision to discontinue QuickBooks products in India has no impact on Intuit's continued presence and investment in the country. I understand how difficult it is to find accounting software similar to QuickBooks that's simple to use and assists small businesses and accounting professionals in managing their finances.

Since making this announcement, we've heard from customers who want to use QuickBooks until the end of the fiscal year. We want to help you through this transition, so access to QuickBooks for existing customers has been extended until April 30th, 2023. Please keep in mind that new subscriptions will not be accepted.

I encourage you to submit your feedback as well. Our management is still open to any suggestion since our top priority is to provide a product on which our customers can rely for their business.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestion.
  4. Hit Next to submit.

If you find a new accounting or financial management solution to replace QuickBooks, you can export your data and transactions before April 30, 2023. This ensures that you have a backup of your data and helps to avoid problems.

You can post again if you need anything else. We're available 24/7 to help you.

You can switch to QB Desktop US version like some of our clients. You can still purchase the one time license for QB Desktop 2021 if required. Then setup a simple private cloud solution if you need to access your file over the internet.
