One QBO account is for one company file.

You can purchase a one time license of QB Desktop to manage multi company files. Deploy a private cloud if required.

In india, One company has multiple GST Registrations. GST registrations are mapped to a single Copmany PAN. Do you mean that if i have business in 7 different states, i will have to buy 7 different licenses?

Some of our clients with the same issue were migrating to QB Desktop or we help them to convert to other accounting systems.

Dear Sir,

You can create branches and use different GST no. For the 1st GST No report are available for the other GST No you will have to create GST Taxes manually and then you can do it. Let me know if you have queries.
