An exchange of personal information is required to pull up the amount due for this month. With that said, I suggest you contact our Technical Support team for assistance. They can pull up your company information within a secure environment and take care of your concern. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.
