I have created each product as non-inventory with a cost applied, yet when I sync sales from Bigcommerce is calculates the sales and creates invoices, but doesn't calculate the cost of sales.

Hi there, Matthew. Let me share with you some information about handling sales transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) as you merge your BigCommerce entries.

QBO calculates the cost of sales once an inventory item is sold. You may modify the setup of your item to inventory to evaluate the cost of sales. Or, make sure that the item type in BigCommerce and QBO matches.

Otherwise, you can connect with BigCommerce to learn more about how's the integration of your items and sales works with QuickBooks.

To learn more about the cost of sales or COGS, you can open this article: Cost of goods sold: How to calculate and record COGS.

On the other hand, you can get more resources while handling your inventory transactions in QBO from here: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions about your sales entries from BigCommerce to QuickBooks, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
