Why is the tax rate I just set up not showing? QB confirmed that the set up was successful, however the tax rate is not showing. There's no tax center showing, why?

There are a few possible reasons why your sales tax isn’t shown. To check if it’s a browser issue, we can start by using an incognito browser.

Here are the shortcut keys:

• For Google Chrome, press Ctrl+ Shift + N.
• For Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

This will refresh the software, so I’ll suggest checking to see if the sales tax is visible. Then, you'll need to clear your cache in your regular browser. This will help improve its performance.
