Am I able to may by GST payments through QuickBooks in a similar way that I pay my federal and payroll taxes?

At this time, the option to pay sales tax through QuickBooks Online, isn't available. Although you can Record your payments in QuickBooks, you'll need to make the payment outside of your QuickBooks account. Here is a helpful guide for your reference. 

I can see how being able to make GST payments from your QuickBooks can be beneficial for you and your company. I recommend leaving feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features for QuickBooks.
