Question

Can anyone advise why the gst option has disappeared from the mobile app can’t invoice correctly and intuit 3 calls hours later still no help. Cannot add it back in??

Good morning celineroyhorsema,

I hope you had a great weekend! I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your APP. I would love to share some steps we can try to see if we can get your taxes back on track in your mobile APP.

We want to start by:

1. Logging into your mobile APP
2. Select Create invoice from the main menu
3. Select Green + Add product or service (required)
4. Select Service
5. Select Tax Rate from the pop up window and add GST Tax Code

From here if your tax code is not populating, what we can try is un installing the APP, re booting your mobile device an d re installing your QBO APP to see if this may be all that's needed.

We can also log into our Company File via browser and ensure that Sales Tax center is set up with the needed tax codes etc. (I'm sure you have reviewed this already but I wanted to add it in there just in case :D)
