Can I add my gst number to my invoice under my company info

Welcome to Community!  Having your business number on your QuickBooks Online forms is essential in keeping with government guidelines.  You can enter your business number in your company settings.  However, you'll also want to include it on your forms.  I'd be happy to show you how!

Here's how to enter your business number to your QuickBooks Online account;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings

2. Click on the Edit 📝 in the Business Number (BN) section

3. Enter your number and hit Save and Done

Next, follow these steps to add it to your forms;

1. Open your  Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles

2. Click on Edit in the Action column to open your default form

3. Select the Content tab

4. Open the header section by selecting the Edit 📝

5. Checkmark the box to include your Business number

6. Hit Done to save the changes
