Question

Can I separate GST and PST when I export expense transactions to excel? Instead of total sales tax, I need to be able to see GST and PST separately in transaction.

Hi junghyun-son-gma,

Being able to present your data in a way that's easy for you to analyze is important. QuickBooks Online offers tons of great reports to view key information about your business. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

A good report to visualize both GST and PST separately is the GST - PST Detail Report. You can either find this report by going to the Sales tax section under the Standard tab of the Reports menu or  simply type-in the report's name in the search bar. Feel free to also explore other tax reports that you'd like. For more on how to run and manage reports in the program, here's an article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have more questions.
