Question

Does anyone else notice on the bank feed when you are refunding expenses that your tax module always defaults to the Sales side and NOT the purchase side?

Even after you select the GST(purchase) after posting the bank feed transaction it still overrides your selection and puts it in the sales.

Hello EvolutionAccounting,

It's great to have you reach out to us here. QuickBooks is designed to help you get ahead with your work using the powerful features offered in the program. I'll be happy to give you a hand with getting you back on track with your work.

To get started, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.

I'll be one message away in case you need further assistance.
