Does anyone know what’s happening with the Quickbooks app and taxes? Its not showing taxes in my totals and when I go to edit an invoice, HST option is no longer there.

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Missing sales tax rates in the QuickBooks Online mobile app can be quite concerning.  I would be glad to help!

Let's begin with clearing your app data to refresh the system and remove the older files that can cause unexpected behavior.  Here’s how to do it on different mobile operating systems.

iOS

1. Go to Settings, then tap General

2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app

3. Tap Offload App
This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

Android

1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.

2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data

3. Tap YES to confirm.

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is to ensure the version you'll be using is updated.
