EDIT TAX ON A RECEIPT OR INVOICE

I have upgraded from Quickbooks Pro 2013 to Quickbooks Pro 2021.  

I was able to 'edit' the taxes on a receipt or invoice in 2013, but I am not able to do this in the 2021 version.

Does anyone know how I can edit the tax on a receipt or invoice.
