How can I manually enter credit card expenses, I can't find a what i should be using to allow each line of the credit card to be entered including HST tax

Hi rdomik,

 

Recording credit card expenses has never been easier with QuickBooks Online. I'll be happy to show you how to record expenses so you can continue being the best at managing your business. 

 

To record an expense, click the New (+) icon > Expenses > click on the Payee (Supplier), and for the Account, choose the Credit Card account. There you go! You can now record your credit card expenses in QuickBooks Online. In case you haven't added the credit card account to your Chart of Accounts, here's an article which shows you how: Add to or edit the Chart of Accounts.
