How do I record a GST/HST refund when the reports are not showing up on the Taxes tab?

Use the Deposit screen and select GST/HST Suspense under the Account column, Amounts are - Out scope of tax, Received from - Canada Revenue Agency.

Note the above treatment will increase the GST/HST Suspense account balance if the refund is for overpayment then the treatment is ok if the refund is for other reasons additional adjustments are required.
