How do I remove my HST # from invoices ?

I would be more than happy to try to answer your question. In order to remove your HST number from your invoices, you will need to remove it from your tax agency which can be found in your Taxes Tab on the left-hand side menu. To remove your HST number from your tax agency please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Taxes tab on your left menu and select Manage Sales Tax at the top right-hand corner.
2. Select the blue Edit Agency Settings Hyperlink, it can be found in the Tax Agency.
4. Remove the number from the Business number (BN) field, then select Save. You'll still be able to track and file sales tax like normal.

If you have multiple tax agencies, repeat this process for the other agencies.

If you'd like to add your HST number to a different part of your invoices, a popular option is to enter it into the footer section when you're customizing your style.
