How to add hst number to invoices ?

Welcome to Community!  I can see how having the HST number visible on customer invoices would be beneficial for your company.  QuickBooks Online allows you to add this effortlessly.  I'd be happy to show you how!

Follow these steps to include the HST number on your invoices:

1. Select Taxes from the left menu

2. Click on the Sales Tax tab

3. Hit Manage Sales Tax

4. To the right of the agency, open Edit agency settings

5. Complete the fields to include your GST/HST number

6. When finished, hit Save

That's it!  Your HST number will now be visible on your customer invoices.
