How to I change all my customer sales tax rates without editing each one?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. It's important to be able to set up your customer tax rates properly in QuickBooks Online in order for your books to balance correctly. QuickBooks Online is a great tool that helps you manage your tax sales. I can provide some information about changing customer tax rates.

QuickBooks Online doesn't have the ability to change all the customers tax rates at once but you can edit the sales taxe for each customer individually by going to the Sales Tab, then Customers. Click on the customer in question. then Edit. You can then edit their default tax code in the Tax section of the employee profile. I recommend leaving feedback by navigating to the Gear icon then selecting the Feedback option. Our engineers consider these comments when they are developing new features for QuickBooks Online.
